Tropically Impaired Music (“we,” “our,” “us”) operates this website and online store providing digital music downloads.

By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Digital Products

All products sold on Tropically Impaired Music are digital MP3 downloads only. No physical items will be shipped.

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive access to download your purchased music.

2. License & Usage

When you purchase a track, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may NOT:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share the files
  • Upload the music to streaming platforms (Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, etc.)
  • Use the music in commercial projects without proper licensing or written permission
  • Claim ownership of the music

If you need commercial licensing, please contact us directly.

3. Account & Access

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials. Download links may be time-limited or restricted to prevent abuse.

We reserve the right to limit or revoke access if misuse is detected.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We use secure third-party payment processors such as Stripe and/or PayPal.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.

5. Delivery of Digital Goods

After successful payment:

  • Download links will be provided immediately or via email
  • You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files
  • We are not responsible for lost downloads after access has been provided

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Attempting to copy or reverse-engineer content
  • Unauthorized redistribution of digital files

7. Changes to Service

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the website or products at any time without liability.

REFUND POLICY

Effective Date: April 20, 2026

Because Tropically Impaired Music sells digital downloadable MP3 files, all sales are considered final.

1. No Refunds on Digital Downloads

Once a purchase is completed and the digital file has been delivered or accessed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

This is because digital products cannot be “returned” once downloaded.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate purchase made in error
  • Technical issue preventing file access that we cannot resolve
  • Corrupt or non-functional file that cannot be replaced

All refund requests must be submitted to support@tropicallyimpairedmusic.com within 7 days of purchase.

3. Download Issues

If you experience issues downloading your purchase, please contact us. We will reissue download links or provide alternative access.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Revocation of future access to downloads

We strongly encourage contacting support first so we can resolve any issue quickly.
